Blake Lindley

Founder & President

Blake Lindley lives in Norman, Oklahoma with his wife, Carol Ann and two sons, Jordan and Marcus, where they are members of Trinity Baptist Church. It was in Norman that he received his bachelors' degree from The University of Oklahoma in 2007. After graduation, Blake and Carol Ann spent two years in North Africa with the IMB sharing the love of Jesus. He has also served as a Trustee for Lifeway Christian Resources and now serves as the President and Founder of Life for All International, a pro-life nonprofit ministry dedicated to sharing the gospel and saving lives.

Kaylee Raj

Director of Operations

Kaylee is the Director of operations for Life for All International. Kaylee moved to Southern India in 2021 where she now lives with her husband. Kaylee has always had a passion and heart for the unborn and feels extremely grateful to be able to work in an area that she feels so passionately about. She has a degree in Paralegal studies and is now working on a bachelors in International Communications. Kaylee oversees day to day operations, legalities, regional offices, policies, procedures and human resources. Kaylee is a tremendous help to this team and we are so grateful for her.

Janna Gordoni

Director of Marketing, Creatives & Events.

Janna loves unleashing her creativity and is always working on a new project to challenge her skills and mind. She loves to cook, bake, spend time with family, and enjoys working out and playing sports. She has a huge heart for justice and is always standing up for the underdog. Janna graduated from Culinary school in 2019. And has over 5 years of marketing experience. Janna also founded and runs a nonprofit ministry called Modern Daughter which is dedicated to helping christian women find emotional wholeness by healing from past wounds and trauma. In addition to Marketing, Janna also oversees all events and creative aspects of our ministry.

Lori Gordoni

Lori Gordoni, is a mother of 13 children. She and her husband Don are from Norman, Oklahoma. At LFAI, Lori manages much of the communication with donors, churches, and other pro-life organizations worldwide. In addition to home schooling and managing a large household, Lori has held administrative roles at the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary School of Music in Louisville, Kentucky and Trinity Baptist Church in Norman, Oklahoma. Lori has her own crisis pregnancy story. When Lori was 18 years old, she became pregnant and was told “we can take care of this” by a physician at a university clinic. Fortunately Lori made the right choice but her experience has given her a special passion for pregnant women in difficult circumstances.

Darren Rice

Darren lives in Newcastle, Oklahoma with his wife Kayla and his youngest daughter Whitney, who is one of three girls. Darren is pastor of New Life Church in Newcastle and also works as a chaplain for Marketplace Chaplains. Darren graduated from Oklahoma Baptist University with a BA in applied ministry. He loves spending time with family, he enjoys all kinds of sports and loves fishing with his grandkids. Darren has served in ministry all over the state of Oklahoma and has a passion to share the good news of Jesus with others. He is super excited for this new opportunity with Life For All International, to uphold the sanctity of all life and to share the heart and love of Jesus for the unborn, and for men and women around the world.

Akhil Raj
Asia Office Director | July 2021 - Present

Akhil lives in Trivandrum, Kerala, India with his wife, Kaylee. He is our Asia Director and is working on launching our first Asia office. Akhil has previously spent time working as an Administrator and youth leader in Jesus World Ministries. He has a Bachelor’s in Tourism Studies, is a certified commercial logistics professional and has completed engineering in electronics and communication. In his spare time, Akhil enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife, listening to music and evangelizing. He is also a big fan of sports, both watching and playing. He especially enjoys cricket, soccer, table tennis and badminton.

Mandisa Senstsho
Africa Office Director | December 2020 - Present

Mandisa was born in Soweto, South Africa. With her husband Joseph, she has two children, seventeen year old daughter Katlego and her ten year old son Tshepo. They currently live in the largest city in South Africa, Johannesburg. Mandisa was twenty-two when she gave her life to Christ. She has her diploma in education and speaks Xhosa, Setswana, Sesotho and Zulu in addition to English. Mandisa has been in ministry for the past six years. Her hobbies include sewing, beading and gardening. She is passionate about the Gospel and about the Sanctity of Life.

Niel Lambrecht

 After spending over 22 years in the Air Force, Neil, his wife Gayle, son Mark, and daughter Audrey settled in Norman Oklahoma, and are members of Trinity Baptist Church. He received his bachelors in Business, and enjoys strategizing on ways to work together as a team to achieve desired goals. Neil enjoys spending time with his family, mountain bike riding, playing tennis. He looks forward to his date nights with Gayle, fishing with Mark, and doing art and photography with Audrey. Neil has always had a heart for unborn child, and has a strong desire to help those in need. Over the years, he has served as a Coach for Upward Basketball, local Youth Associations and has focused on building character, encouraging each other to be the best they can be, and to work together as a team. He has also served on various committees that have been focused on ministering to the body of Christ, and the local community.
